Dreamlike painting of Gary Payton II and his father Gary Payton, if they ever got the chance to take the NBA floor together. This piece represents the defensive “glove” genes that were passed from father to son. Both players wreaking havoc on the defensive end in their NBA days.

This piece, remains one of my favorite because of the technical detail I was able to execute in the jerseys and GP2’s awesome tattoos. Hopefully one day I can get this piece in the hands of the Payton family.
